Bearing Ball

Used in special environments such as clean, vacuum, high temperature, and corrosive environments, it is required to have special properties, such as non-magnetic, insulating, and high speed. These bearings are usually made of bearing steel and lubricants such as oil and grease cannot be used.

Hydraulic Release Bearing ( Bearing - Clutch Release)

Mechanical relief bearings are usually composed of angular contact ball bearings, center sleeves, self-aligning springs, and other mechanical structures. In use, they are subjected to axial loads, impact loads, and radial centrifugal forces during high-speed rotation.

Hydraulic Release Bearing (Bearing – Clutch Release)

The hydraulic release bearing design adds a self-aligning bearing in the design, the shape of the hydraulic pump, the bearing is driven by the shape of the hydraulic cylinder during use, and the force is stable, thereby ensuring smoother coupling binding, smoother separation , reducing wear, and extending the clutch and the whole transmission system.

First generation hub bearing unit (Bearing – Wheel)

This bearing is integrated into the whole set of the outer ring, inner ring combination. The best way has been determined before shipping to the customer. No need to adjust when using and installing, designing multi-lip labyrinth seal structure, professional lubrication, easy to install, compact structure, and reliable performance.

Singal Row taper roller bearing (Tapered Roller Bearing)

This bearing helps absorb and compensate for forces that occur during vehicle operation. Ensures optimal power transmission, smooth operation, and better driving comfort. Through their rigid nature, they help prevent tooth decay and continued repair.

Tensioner

It is used in timing belts and auxiliary drive belts to adjust the belt tension or change the running path of the belt. These bearings have a long service life even under high-speed rotation and high-temperature conditions, and the high-strength resin pulley helps reduce weight.

Universal Joint Kits

The power transmission drive shaft utilizing minimum space requirements connects the driveshaft to the drive shaft at an angle through a seamless universal joint mechanism. Usually, a set of 2 universal joints is attached to the shaft. In assembly, it is important to have a position at the same working angle, the same plane, and the same phase to realize constant speed.
